We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gozney purchase; if you are not happy with your oven or accessories, you can return them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
